MIUI 13 Download, Release Date, Eligible Devices

MIUI 13 is the latest version of MIUI for Xiaomi Mi, Redmi, and Poco devices, and is the successor to MIUI 12. Xiaomi’s MIUI 13 has been in the works for a long time. MIUI 12.5 could be the final version before MIUI 13 is released. According to the company, MIUI 13 will run on Android 11 and be available for Xiaomi Mi, Redmi, and Poco devices.

MIUI 13 Release Date

MIUI 12 was released in April of 2020, and MIUI 12.5 was released in December of that same year. Xiaomi will release MIUI 13 in Q2 2021, following the current trend. As a senior moderator on Mi Community, this information carries extra weight. As a result, Xiaomi will hold a global event between April and June 2021 to unveil its new operating system.
As a result, the MIUI 13 China/Global Stable ROM update will not be available until Q1 2021 at the earliest. Xiaomi will roll out MIUI 13 beta updates for its eligible devices prior to the stable release.

MIUI 13 Download

Xiaomi devices will receive MIUI 13 via OTA (Over-the-air). Updates can be checked manually in Settings > About phone > System update > tap “Check for updates”.
